The Robert Welch Professional V 14cm Kitchen Knife features a fully forged German DIN 1.4116 stainless steel blade with a full tang. The German steel is hardened to Rockwell 57 making it ideal for everyday use for both the keen cook or professional chef. The ergonomic handle provides a firm and comfortable grip and is made from tactile DuPont™ POM complete with the Robert Welch insignia. Each of the professional V knives are designed with a larger handle and are heavier in the hand than the signature collection. The chefs knife uses the 15° edge for superior sharpness making it ideal for preparing meat, cheese and vegetables of all varieties and perfect for crushing garlic and herbs. The Robert Welch Professional V 14cm Kitchen Knife comes complete with a Robert Welch lifetime guarantee. The knife is dishwasher safe for easy and convenient cleaning, however we recommend hand washing to prolong the life of the knife and use a good quality sharpener to maintain the blade.
