Dr. Glenn W. Geelhoed is a medical doctor, humanitarian, and the founder of Mission to Heal, an organization through which he has been conducting medical mission trips around the globe for over forty years.His organization provides surgery and surgical training to some of the world's most destitute people in the most desolate places on the planet.The title Furthest Peoples First refers to individuals and groups who are the farthest from care and whom the author considers his primary focus.
