How to personalise the product - Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require. - If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. Personalise the front of this pair of mugs with a name on each up to 12 characters in length. Line 1 is the Mr Right Mug and Line 2 is the Mrs Always Right Mug. The words 'Mr RIGHT' and 'Mrs always RIGHT' are fixed. You can then add a message on the reverse over 4 lines of text up to 30 characters per line. The message on the reverse will appear the same on both mugs. Hand washing is recommended. Material is ceramic.
